EITDA is a registered Belgian non-profit organization (ASBL/VZW) based in Brussels, governed in line with Belgian non-profit law and our own statutes.
Governance
The organization is directed by its governing bodies in accordance with its statutes, with clear separation between strategic oversight and operational management.
Integrity and accountability
We lead with transparency, accountability, and ethical responsibility. Programmes are delivered on a mission-driven, non-profit basis.
Partnerships and independence
Cooperation with universities, public institutions, civil society and enterprise is conducted without compromising our institutional independence or the impartiality of our research and policy dialogue.
European alignment
Our activities are aligned with European frameworks including Horizon Europe, Digital Europe and Erasmus+.
